After a lifetime of sacrifice for their families, only a few can age with dignity, while countless others face neglect, mistreatment, or even abandonment — left lonely, sick, and forgotten. Protecting Nature,
Preserving Our Future

Environment, waste management, energy, and water are not given much attention by the population. With devastating consequences. Shanthimalai Trust launched the “Environment Care” programme in 2022 and provided 45 lakhs for its development.

This initiative is fully aligned with local authorities and decision-makers for stronger impact: clean roads, clean water, wider use of solar energy are the “simple goals”.

Says environmental engineer Dr. Rajasekar: “We want to pull out all the stops I learned in my many years of experience in the Indian waste and energy industry. Even if it is a mammoth task at first, we can change things for the better with combined strength. Because love for God also means love for the environment.”
